Wow! I'm so happy today because someone actually tried my Avocado-Mascarpone Dream Cream Dessert recipe and gave it 5 stars at Recipezaar!
"This is really good. I was skeptical but hopeful and curious. I'm definitely glad I tried it! I think I preferred the recipe just as the blended part, though, before folding in the rest of the avocado. We have prepared this 3 times in the last week alone. That's how much my family and I enjoy it.
We also realized that this Avocado-Mascarpone cream is also going to be perfect to use as a filling for cream puffs/eclairs, as an icing for a sponge cake, a topping for pancakes, etc. The sky's the limit! I also want to add that I have stored leftovers in the fridge for 2 days and am very suprised that the green color actually holds up well.
